1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reyne Skin service, including our website at reyne.skin, reyne.studio, and our AI-powered skincare consultation platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ResSyn LLC, a California limited liability company ("Reyne," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Reyne provides an AI-powered virtual skincare consultation service. The Service builds personalized skincare routines, provides product guidance, and offers ongoing support based on information you provide about your skin, lifestyle, and preferences.

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed dermatologist or qualified healthcare provider for medical skin concerns.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

Monthly Plan: $10.00 per month, billed monthly.
Annual Plan: $99.00 per year, billed as a single upfront payment.

Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD and inclusive of any applicable taxes as calculated by Lemon Squeezy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the period for which you have paid.

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise determined at our sole discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@reyne.skin within 30 days of the charge.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reyne.skin if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
Share your account credentials with any third party.
Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by ResSyn LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your skin profile data and consultation history belong to you. You grant Reyne a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated skincare recommendations are based on the information you provide and are not guaranteed to be suitable for your individual circumstances. Results may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResSyn LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResSyn LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ResSyn LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
